Join the Korea Defense Veterans Association (KDVA) Georgia Chapter for our Meet & Greet reception in honor of the 73rd anniversary of the Korean War Armistice Agreement and to celebrate the enduring ROK-U.S. Alliance. This meaningful event is co-hosted by the National Infantry Museum Foundation and will be held in Cavezza Hall inside the National Infantry Museum on 24 July 2026. We invite all KDVA members, the Fort Benning military community, Veterans, families, and all who recognize the importance of the ROK-U.S. Alliance to join us for this important event. Located just outside of Fort Benning, the National Infantry Museum is one of the best military museums in the world and has earned multiple annual awards as America’s Best Free Museum.
After the reception, attendees are invited to step outside and visit the Korean War Memorial located just off Heritage Walk. The beautiful memorial honors all Korean War Veterans and recognizes the contributions of the 3.3 million servicemembers who have served in the Republic of Korea since the signing of the Armistice. The ROK-U.S. Alliance began on the battlefields of war and has grown to include economic partnerships throughout many of Georgia’s communities. Whether you served in Korea, have a passion for supporting our veterans, or want to learn more about the ROK-U.S. Alliance, this event is for you.
